My residency with The Knee-Heart Connection at Bridge Street Theatre is coming up in February! The residency is supported by Works & Process at the Guggenheim. We’ll be working on Part III of our piece, Too soon to discover planets, too late to discover islands.

In May, we’ll be continuing work on the piece at Hostos Community College, through a residency from the CUNY Dance Initiative.


On March 1, Music From the Sole is presenting a concert version of our new show House Is Open, Going Dark at Joe’s Pub. This is going to be a really fun one. Come through! Info + tickets here.

In April, the company will be traveling to Brasil to teach and perform at the Floripa Tap Festival.


And this summer, my play La Broa’ (Broad Street) is going to be remounted in a production by Teatro en el Verano. Originally commissioned by Trinity Repertory Company, the play is inspired by Marta Martínez’s oral history project documenting the first Latino communities in Rhode Island. I’m so excited to revisit this play, and for it to be presented in the neighborhoods where its stories take place.
